… When I opened a Romanian company all by myself some 3 years ago I got my “name reservation” at the beginning of October. All the bureaucratic running around and cretinism that followed made me succeed in “completing my file at the end of December. Come on now… this is some shitty bureaucracy where an umpteen number of jobs are maintained just so that some stupid bozos have salaries.

PS: In the States I opened myself a company in… 10 minutes, online! In 3 days I already had the documents in my hand (in Romania…). And in the States nobody asked me for a photocopy of my dick, certified for conformity by I don’t know what fucked up institution.
