It’s 12.45 on a Friday and you’re in Romania, in the courtyard of the 21st Bucharest Police Precinct, and in need of a fucking proof that you’ve never been convicted (you need a piece of proof for any hiring in Romania).

Let’s get past the fact that the Information Desk (comprised of three young and dumb policewomen, two of which talking with one from another office, as if they were having coffee at home, on a fucking Saturday, and the third one being heavily preoccupied with informing somebody who probably came “highly recommended” because they were on a first name basis and shit) sends you to a stupid room, from where you’re kicked out to go into the courtyard “boutique” which handles these. You find a single “boutique” there… with their schedule on a closed Window.

It’s 12.45 on a Friday. Therefore, you’re looking for the day and time interval, being a normal person, with an IQ way above public administration average and without any need to burden yourself with all the shitty information on that sheet of paper.

And then you see that they should be open between 12.30-13.00, cause you can clearly see that the guy had a break before that and worked some more before it; otherwise, it would mean they are so stupid they actually glued together 2 tables. Oh well, they are just that stupid.

And yourself and the other 14 citizens (stupid idiots, such as yourself), start a scandal. Because the policeman had left way before 12.30 and when his work schedule ends, he will leave right away…
And then the brilliant policeman shows up, explaining to you that you are an idiot and that you are much to stupid to be able to access that information against their logic, state logic, which is better than yours, and that should that schedule have been drafted differently even more people would have been confused (more than 15 out of 15!?!).

Anyways, esteemed police persons… Let me recommend a schedule form for you brilliant people:
