Let’s see…:

- IQ 140 (It’s so good to be me);
- Extraordinary professional experience (no kidding);
- Correct political orientation (to times past, present and, who knows? ;) ).

However, no public office yet on account of… “lack of experience in the specialization”?!?

Well, yeah, because in Romania, no matter how much the party or somebody tries to bring you to power (NB: to change stuff for the better) and you really worked (and a lot, like a crazy idiot) but you were not employed at that time because you were working via your Romanian sole proprietorship company and as per extraordinary Romanian Law no. 31/1990 you were not allowed to employ yourself (and still aren’t but don’t care anymore), you may just be ineligible for certain public offices on account of “lack of experience in the specialization” (art. 10, paragraph (3), letter b) of Law no. 188/1999).

What, you don’t have a Romanian Labor Card because you were forbidden by law to make one for yourself? What, you never worked on a plantation?… Sucks to be you.

PS: Worth mentioning that a brilliant lady/Human Resources Director for a public institution swore up and down that she’s see many Romanian Labor Cards saying “sole shareholder” under the job position and that “it can be done, what are you telling me”.

It’s full of morons out there.
