Realitatea TV spune aşa:

600 de militari americani vor sosi astăzi şi joi noaptea la baza de la Mihail Kogălniceanu. Militarii vor participa la exerciţii comune cu soldaţii români.

Iniţial, Washingtonul anunţase venirea a 1000 de soldaţi americani la baza din judeţul Constanţa. Exerciţiile militare vor începe pe 17 august şi se vor termina la sfârşitul lui octombrie.

Explicaţie:

Pentru ca o armată străină (fie ea şi membră NATO şi chiar Armata Statelor Unite ale Americii) să poată intra pe teritoriul României (excluzând o invazie, desigur ) Parlamentul României trebuie să emită o Lege care aprobă această intrare. Legea este propusă de Ministerului Apărării Naţionale şi include şi numărul soldaţilor care vor intra în ţară. Numărul specificat în aceasta este unul maximal, pentru că dacă are fi fost legea pentru 600 de soldaţi şi ar fi trebuit să vină 601, ar fi trebuit să se mai facă o lege specială pentru acel un om în plus.

Simplu, da?

PS: Încercarea de a face senzaţie în felul acesta denotă lipsă de inteligenţă şi de profesionalism. Îţi dai seama, stimate jurnalist cretin care ai scris rezumatul acela, că orice menţiune a cuvintelor cheie de genul “SUA”, “Armata SUA”, etc. în presa locală va ajunge în revista presei de a doua zi dimineaţa a MApN, Guvern, Ambasada SUA? Şi că vei cauza iritare şi stres fără nici un motiv, în timp ce tu vei fuma în continuare ţigările tale proaste şi vei rânji cu dinţii-ţi galbeni, fără măcar a-ţi da seama că pui stigmatul neprofesionalismului şi incapacităţii de gândire asupra întregii prese româneşti?

Realitatea TV had this to say (as translated by yours truly):

600 US soldiers will be arriving tonight and Thursday night at the Mihail Kogălniceanu base. The soldiers will be participating in joint exercises with Romanian soldiers.

Initially, Washington had announced the arrival of 1000 US soldiers at the Constanţa County base. The military exercises will commence on August 17th and end at the end of October.

Explanation:

In order for a foreign army (be it even a NATO member or even the US Army) to be able to enter Romanian soil (excluding an invasion, of course ) the Parliament of Romania has to pass a Law that approves said entry. The Law is proposed by the Ministry of National Defense and includes the number of foreign soldiers that will enter the country. The specified number is maximal, because had the law have been for 600 soldiers and 601 would have had to come in, a new law would have had to be passed for that extra person.

Simple enough, right?

PS: Trying to make a headline this way denotes lack of intelligence and of professionalism. Do you realize, my esteemed moron journalist who wrote that summary (can’t very call it an article now, can I?) that any mention of keywords such as “USA”, “US Army”, etc. in the local press will make it into next morning’s briefings of the Ministry of National Defense, Romanian Government, US Embassy, etc? And that you will be causing irritation and stress for no reason whatsoever, whilst you continue to smoke your bad cigarettes and laugh through those yellow teeth of yours, without even realizing you’re placing the stigmata of unprofessionalism and lack of ability to think over all the Romanian press?

The basic idea is that the people must have access to information and must decide. Access to information and the power to decide. The power to decide means that the people should have the option of voting any former Communist, Securitate member or whatever, but the people (directly, and represented by 7-11 so-called extraordinary people) should have access to all the information, so that our elected officials not be blackmail targets. Because it is due to the fact that they an be blackmailed that I for one live in a Romania that creates very long expressions.

2. Purificarea nu înseamnă eliminarea adversarilor politici, stimaţii mei care vă simţiţi deranjaţi de faptul că mai trăieşte nenea Iliescu - vă înţeleg că vă stă ca un ghimpe în coaste: auzi şi tu, aproape 80 de ani şi aduce personal la fel de mulţi alegători cât cei mai importanţi membri ai partidelor voastre la un loc. (voturile “intelectualilor” sunt egale cu voturile “ţăranilor”, deştepţilor).

3. Normal ar fi să se publice toate dosarele acelea nenorocite de Securitate pe Internet, scanate şi nerevizuite, pentru ca să poată decide tot poporul ce şi cum, nu să decidă un grup de 7 crescut la 11 minunaţi ce fel de persoană a fost careva. Pe această cale aş dori să arăt unghia unui deget de-al meu tuturor membrilor acestui grup - îmi provocaţi scârbă şi aţi devenit la fel de comunişti ca şi cei mai loiali lachei ai lui Ceauşescu.

Ideea este că poporul trebuie să aibă acces la informaţie şi să decidă. Asta este baza democraţiei şi a capitalismului. Acces la informaţie şi putere de decizie. Puterea de decizie înseamnă să poată fi votat orice fost comunist, securist sau orice altceva, însă poporul (direct, nu reprezentat de cei 7-11 magnifici) să aibă acces la toate informaţiile, pentru ca aleşii noştri minunaţi să nu poată fi şantajaţi. Pentru că din cauza şantajabilităţii lor trăieşti într-o Românie care creează expresii kilometrice.

Excerpts from yesterday’s First Edition show, where Minister of Development, Public Works & Housing Laszlo Borbely participated:

The apartments can be sold to those who rented them for a 5 year period and who then opt to purchase them.

This while after the first 5 years ANL tenants have to bend over backwards at the City Halls where their apartments are to be granted an extension on their rental agreements (and to agree to pay more for rent, a “fair market price”) because the extension or whatever cannot be done before the 5 years are up (so as to actually have continuity) and ergo tenants have every chance of ending out on the street if they don’t… grease the wheels of their respective City Halls.

The apartments will be sold at a “fair market price”, and the evaluation will be done by an independent evaluator selected by the local authority where the apartments are located.

Independent my ass! City Hall will determine how much money it wants. The evaluator will know from the get go which is the total minimal amount that City Hall wants and will probably receive a bonus depending on the value. Simple, huh?

Purchased apartments cannot be resold during the first 5 years.

Constitution of Romania, art. 44, paragraph (1), “The right to private property”: “[...] The content and limitations of these rights shall be determined by the law.”
Putting in briefly… Romania’s again pissing all over what property ownership is all about.

Apartments can be sold only to those persons/families whom (besides having met the harsh initial OKs to move in - or having known the right peopl) have a level of income per family member that does not exceed the average salary in Romania (because I don’t know what shitty European bank is financing the ANL and that bank is claiming that these are actually apartments for “social cases”) and payment will have to be made in full (ergo, by getting a loan from a bank, which bank will pay the ANL in full and the new owners will pay the bank for the rest of their natural born lives).

Average monthly income in June 2007 was of RON 1023, which is about EUR 320 (via România Liberă). For an average 2 person family, both of which employed, this would mean they would not be allowed to make more than RON 2046 (EUR 640) per month.

Tell me now, which bank would give them a loan, while respecting bank prudence conditions imposed by the National Bank of Romania?

The answer is simple: NONE!

Extrase din emisiunea Prima Ediţie de ieri, unde a participat ministrul Laszlo Borbely:

Apartamentele se vor putea vinde celor care au plătit chirie timp de 5 ani şi optează pentru a le cumpăra.

Asta în condiţiile în care după primii 5 ani chiriaşii ANL trebuie să se dea peste cap la primăriile unde sunt apartamentele pentru a le fi prelungite contractele de închiriere (şi mărite chiriile la un nivel “corect, al pieţei”), în condiţiile în care înainte de împlinirea celor 5 ani nu se poate rezolva nimic pentru a exista continuitate, astfel încât chiriaşii au toate şansele să ajungă în stradă în cazul în care nu… ung rotiţele primăriilor.

Apartamentele vor fi vândute la un preţ “corect, al pieţei”, iar evaluarea se va face de către un evaluator independent ales de autoritatea locală unde sunt locuinţele.

Independent o …! Primăria va stabili câţi bani vrea. Evaluatorul va ştii din start care este valoarea minimă totală pe care o doreşte primăria respectivă şi probabil va primi bonus funcţie de valoare. Simplu, nu-i aşa?

Apartamentele cumpărate nu vor putea fi revândute primii 5 ani de zile.

Constituţia României, art. 44, alin. (1), “Dreptul la proprietate privată”: “[...] Conţinutul şi limitele acestor drepturi sunt stabilite de lege.”
Pe scurt… România face din nou pipi în sus pe orice drept de proprietate, în baza Constituţiei “care este”.

Apartamentele vor putea fi vândute doar acelor persoane/familii care (pe lângă faptul că au îndeplinit condiţiile draconice pentru a putea primi repartiţiile iniţiale sau au ştiut pe cine trebuie) au venituri per membru de familie care nu depăşesc salariul mediu din România (pentru că nu ştiu ce bancă europeană finanţează ANL-ul nu ştiu cum şi acea bancă susţine că locuinţele astea sunt de-a dreptul sociale…) şi plata va trebui efectuată integral (deci luat credit de la o bancă, care bancă va plăti ANL-ului suma integral şi noii proprietari vor plăti restul vieţii lor naturale).

Salariul mediu net în iunie 2007 era de 1023 lei noi (via România Liberă). La o familie medie de 2 persoane, ambii angajaţi, asta ar însemna că nu au voie să câştige mai mult de 2046 lei noi pe lună, legal.

Ce bancă le va da un credit, respectând condiţiile de prudenţialitate impuse de BNR?

Răspunsul este simplu: Niciuna!
