Cred că asta a fost ideea minunatului meu preşedinte ieri. Se plictisea. N-o vrea el pe Norica. El vrea la ştiri. Ce nu-nţelege lumea? E-n pre-pre-campanie. Trebuie să se bată-n piept.
PS: Bravo, Tăriceanu! Îmi pare bine că i-ai zis public ilustrului meu preşedinte de şuviţă tunsă că are şi el mult jeg la activ, jeg propriu şi personal, făcut cu lăbuţele-i două.

Conversation 1
“Mr. State Secretary, please take all the necessary measures so as to solve the trash problem in Popeşti-Leordeni.”
“I understand, Mr. Prime-Minister.”
The State Secretary hangs up the phone and starts on the long bureaucratic trail of awarding the money legally, organizing a tender, etc. Other state institutions intervene and it all becomes a 30 day return time correspondence between institutions.
Conversation 2
“Hey. How’s it hanging?”
“Hello, Mr. President.”
“Hey, remember those contracts back when I was Mayor?”
“How could I forget them? That’s when my company developed in a year as much as others do in ten.”
“Hey… do me a favor and clean up that Popeşti-Leordeni location for me; I want to get on TV some more.”
“Consider it done, Mr. President.”
“Thanks. Hey, maybe we can get together for some whiskey in a few days.”
“Yes, Sir!”
The only difference is that the guy in the second conversation had already done his tenders a few years ago… profit had been made by the company… and business men always know how to repay their “moral” obligations. If the Prime-Minister would have done the same, the Cotroceni propaganda team would have virulently attacked such an avoidance of direct state involvement.
Unfortunately, no matter how much Tăriceanu and his team have grown in the polls during the last few months… NONE OF THEM HAVE GOTTEN BALLS DURING THIS TIME PERIOD AND THEY STILL DON’T SCREAM OUT PRESS RELEASES “IN THEIR OWN NAME, AS PRIVATE CITIZENS”" which they could use in lieu of an unfriendly knuckle on that bald presidential head.

Discuţia 1
- D-le secretar de stat, vă rog să luaţi măsurile necesare pentru a rezolva problema gunoaielor din Popeşti-Leordeni.
- Da, d-le prim-ministru.
Secretarul de stat închide telefonul şi începe lungul proces birocratic pentru a se acorda banii legal, a se organiza licitaţie, etc. Alte instituţii intervin şi totul devine o corespondenţă la 30 de zile între instituţii.
Discuţia 2
- Salut, bă.
- Să trăiţi, dom’ preşedinte.
- Mă, ţi-aduci tu aminte contractele alea de pe vremurile când eram primar?
- Desigur. Păi atunci mi-a crescut firma într-un an cât altele-n zece.
- Mă… fă’ şi mie curat la Popeşti-Leordeni acolo, că vreau să mai apar pe la teveu.
- S-a făcut, dom’ preşedinte.
- Mersi, mă. Hai că poate ne vedem la un wi-si-ki zilele astea.
- Da, să trăiţi.
Singura diferenţă este că nenea din cea de-a doua conversaţie făcuse deja licitaţiile acum câţiva ani… profitul intrase… iar oamenii de afaceri ştiu întotdeauna să-şi plătească datoriile “morale”. Dacă primul-ministru ar fi făcut aşa ceva, echipa de propagandă Cotroceni ar fi atacat dur o asemenea evitare de implicare directă a statului.
Din păcate, oricât de mult a crescut Tăriceanu şi echipa sa în ultimele luni… NIMENI NU A ÎNVĂŢAT ÎNCĂ SĂ AIBĂ COAIE ŞI SĂ ŢIPE ŞI SĂ EMITĂ COMUNICATE DE PRESĂ “ÎN NUME PROPRIU, CA ŞI CETĂŢENI” şi să-i dea câte una scrisă lu’ nenea băşcălie de fiecare dată când acesta deschide gura.
